Real estate crowdlending is a collective financing model where multiple investors jointly lend money to developers and property owners. In exchange, each investor receives periodic interest payments and the full return of capital at the end of the loan term.

Unlike buying shares or equity units, in crowdlending you act as a lender. The loan is secured by the property itself through a mortgage or collateral, which reduces the risk and provides greater return predictability.
